The speaker grill is attached with little tabs from the grill that goes through slits in the door panel and is bent around the back to hold it in place. Make sure those tabs are bent down tightly (will have to remove door panel to do this). Also take off the Blose emblem on the speaker grill and reattach it with double-sided tape to prevent it from rattling on the plastic. Some egg crate foam between the door panel and the door frame helps prevent the door panel itself from rattling on the door frame (this too will require removing the door panel). Those are a few tricks that tend to work well.
