C6 Console Panel Compatability
Hello,
Has anyone replaced an older model C6 Console Panel with the Console Panel from a 2011 C6? I have a 2008 Z06 and I am wanting to replace my Console Panel with the Console Panel from a 2011 C6, (GM P/N: 20957060), which has the USB port. I'm assuming the older base model console trim and the Z06 trim are basically the same in fitment. Just wanting to know if it's a straight swap or if it has to be modified or will it even fit? Thanks for any help!

I believe it is a direct swap. You just need to make sure the options are the same on both (magnetic ride control). This post will give you some info. you could easily add aftermarket panel port like this instead of replacing the whole console:
