PAL just installed in 2005 C6 w/ Nav and XM.
I believe this is the first version of PAL (haven't been able to check the software version, yet)
All screen buttons/ touch screens functioning.
Now I need an Ipod
What model Ipod will function correctly and most importantly charge?
I understand any Ipod produced after Sep 2008 will not charge (per PAL owners manual)
There seems to be Classic and Nano Ipods.
Then there are generations.
My belief is a 5 generation Classic is on the edge of fully functioning 100% with the Ipod interface.
So a 4th generation Classis may be the best Ipod for a PAL.
Any guidance to my naïve understanding of Ipods and PALs.
