So on my 05’ I have the Bose system and would like to upgrade the 3.5inch speakers in each door.
I am not really that knowledgeable on wiring so I would like something with a pre made wiring harness, looked on crutchfeild and I don’t see any good options.
Also I think that each speaker gets around 23watts from AMP so I’m looking for an RMS power around there for the speakers.
-Also have a Sony aftermarket head unit
if anyone has any recommendations please let me know, thanks!
Why are you wanting to upgrade? I mean I know the answer...but I'm asking specifically to determine what you're looking for.
My initial answer would be Illusion Audio C3CXs. Pretty damn impressive driver. May be too harsh without a way to EQ them though.
i work outside my car a lot and usually listen to music via my car so I would like it to be louder, forgot to put this in but I also have a aftermarket Sony head unit. I also want to keep things mostly stock and not spend too much $ and I heard that that’s the only worthwhile cheap change you can make

And FWIW, throwing in new speakers won't make it louder or better. At least not in a way you'll notice.
I have done speaker swaps in other cars with keeping everything else stock or as is. In my daily driver Ram 1500 with the factory Alpine system, I swapped the dash 3.5" speakers and the rear door speakers. Much improved the overall sound quality of the factory sound system. The 3.5" definitely helped clear up the clarity and eliminated the muddiness that was inherent in the factory system. I also replaced the factory sub under the rear seat with a Rockford Fosgate, but the 3.5" speakers were the most noticeable difference. The same should be true with the C6. As you know, the Bose speakers are so cheaply made that almost anything is an improvement.
To the OP, Kicker sells some cheap 3.5" 4ohm speakers that are made for speaker swaps and run off low voltage. They would probably do the trick for not too much money. Here is 1 example, they can run on as little as 15 watts.

Thank you for the reply! Funny enough I actually stumbled on to these exact speakers when I was looking on other threads, I was actually comparing those to these
they're a little cheaper and I get a wiring kit with it which is good since I’m not too well versed in wiring. The sensitivity level is pretty close but the hz range on the kickers are a lot better, although I am fine with what the stock 10inch woofers can provide.
My only concern for these speakers that I listed above would be their RMS rating of 15watts with a peak of 30watts, I think that I was told that each of the 3.5 speakers gets 23watts so it’s a little above what the speaker is rated at.
Don't worry about power ratings. I play mine at double their power handling RMS...they've been fine. If you're not playing sine sweeps at full volume, you'll be fine.

Like Ronin stated, I think those speakers would be fine. But just for conversation, where are you getting the 23 watts from? Are you still using the factory amp? If so, I'm not sure what the factory amp puts out, but I would guess it would be less.
