I decided the stock radio w/ fm transmitter wasn't going to cut it. I ended up w/ a Kenwood 4707S w/ backup camera. A couple of photos attached. All work done by Corvette Care in Columbus, Ohio. FYI, for the Kenwood system, if you get an error when trying to adjust the backup camera gridlines, you'll need to engage the parking break. Otherwise you'll get an error that says it can't be adjusted while driving - even if the car isn't running. The adapter unit / wiring harness to keep the Bose integration is something like ROEM VET1 - not sure of the exact make model but it's close. The USB for car play is routed inside of the centerr console / armrest, so it can be closed w/ the phone in it for a very clean look (unlike the photos below).
