Easy CD/MP3 Player Installation
The adapter is small (about 2"x3" and 1" thick). It has a short cable that plugs into the earphone jack of a portable CD or MP3 player and has a selector switch that allows you to select 1 0f 4 FM frequencies as well as an on-off switch with an indicator light. It uses 2 AAA batteries.
All you have to do set the FM tuner in your car to the frequency you set on the irock unit and turn on the unit and the CD or MP3 player. Sounds as good as your FM radio. I just sit the player on the passengers seat or it also fits (vertically) between the passengers seat and the console. If space is really critical it can be placed in the rear luggage area. If you use batteries in your player rather than a power cord to your lighter socket, the installation is completely wireless. The player and wireless adaptor can be easily used in other cars ( or in your home's FM radio) just by setting the FM radio to the right frequency. The volume, bass and treble can be controlled by your radio controls. The adaptor costs $29.95 plus the 2 AAA batteries.
According to the package, the company has a web site and pictures and instructions are available at http://www.myirock.com .

As an alternate. I found a portable MP3 player with CD-Cassette adapter that can be plugged into the cassette player of my 92C4 Delco Bose without modulator. I will keep portable MP3 player in the glove compartment.
Check it out.
