Front camera trigger to engage?
I'm planning to replace my stock bose headunit 2006 c6. I bought a Pioneer DMH -W4660NEX because it has wireless apple carplay and I wanted to avoid the cord. Not a deal breaker, but went with that one.
I saw a youtube video from a few years ago that references a Kenwood unit (DMX-907s) that automatically shows the front camera when going from Rev to Drive. It can also be activated from the home screen if I undestood correctly.
My question is anyone aware of this feature, what is it called? If you have something like this or something that triggers the front camera to come on without touching the headunit screen, please post the brand and part number. I've searched and couldnt find anything , so thought I'd ask you guys.

Can't say I've ever heard of such a thing. I do have a module that connects to my PAC unit, that'll automatically turn on the front camera whenever the car is below a certain speed limit (I think I had mine set to 3mph), depending on the settings that you set via a USB connection, but I've found it to be kind of annoying because it switches to the camera every time you pull up to a stop light, stop sign etc. So I ended up turning it off, and just switch the camera on manually via the head unit whenever I want to view it.
