C7 no audio, touch screen not working help :(
So my issue is that when I hop on the car usually the corvette logo pops up on the touch screen and now it is not doing it. Another thing is that I know it has power because you can see the black screen light on. The screen goes up and down like it should. I can put the car on reverse and the back up camera works just fine, also if I connect my apple play nothing will show UNTIL I put it in reverse and back into park, then the apple car play pops up on the screen but the touch on it is not working. Also on my cluster under the music settings it says NO AUDIO. I already took it to the dealer ship and they said supposedly that I only need a new amplifier. I got a new one and installed it and still nothing.
I checked every fuse that I know that I should check and everything looked fine. I don't know what else to check. Also got a new battery and still nothing. Please help.

I think I had your same issue, for me it was a module....had to be done by the dealer, at least thats what I was told. It solved the problem , 3k later ..I have a different issue today actualy, my head unit works fine, but the music just cuts out after 2 minutes of playing....im hoping it just goes away....its very frustrating
