they have arrived! They come with swivel mounts, which is pretty damn cool. I wish my Focals had swivels! Ill bubba-engineer them tonight and post a review later on.

Have seen some of the reports on the Pyramids:
I've been trying high-end car tweeters for around 10 years, and I'm keeping my pyramids!! Put it this way, they sound better AND smoother than, mb quarts, B.A. pros, jl audio silk or metal domes, kicker resolution silk-domes, and rockford fanatic "q" tweeters($150 per pair)...and they'll handle just as much power.

Interesting........I have kicker silk domes in my compitetion car and NO ONE has been able to beat them yet. It scores between 34 to 37 on the RTA linear response. Unless pyramids all of a sudden scrapped their entire line, fired all the old people, and hired real engineers I find it a tough concept to grasp they produce anything better than audiovox quality speakers.........especially tweeters. We all have our opinions and if they work great for you then :thumbs: other than that its supposed to be PUFF PUFF PASS.

Well, they sound like crap unmodified, very buzzy and harsh. After the modication we'll seee. It is quite possible that Pyramid managed to make a decent tweeter, then f***ed it up. with the "phase thingie." I'm going out for the drive now to listen to a LOT of music. Xover point will be 5k.
