I finally got to the point of turning on the car, and my infotainment screen is not coming on. Rear camera does come on in reverse, so screen didn't get disconnected.
When i plug my phone in to USB, it does recognize it's connected to Android Auto.
I connected the Amppro to my computer via usb, and it is turning on and off correctly and it shows in the app. I kept the USB connected and tucked for easy access when I put the carpet back in.
I dont have my amps connected yet so I dont know if any sound is coming through the Optical Toslink cable yet. I'm still working on the wiring in the back.
Anyone else ever have similar issue? I emailed PAC Audio but they aren't open until Monday so figured I would try here. I wish their app would indicate if it is seeing the car's system correctly. As much as that little blue box costs....
I'm going to see what support says tomorrow. I'm really trying to avoid going back in to the radio module connections if I can avoid it. Such a PITA. Probably the worst part of this job so far. But, maybe one of the 2 plugs weren't firmly enough seated.
