grounding spot in c5

i have a 2000 vert. i put both my amps directly in back of the seats under the vertable top. my questions is what/were do i ground them too?

you can ground to the bulkhead. Just drill a large screw into the bulkhead area mount all grounds there. Or you can go back to the battery.

Seat bolt where the seat bolts to the floor pan. No drilling required and it's a solid 12v ground. Or you can drill through and bolt to the frame. Either way will work. Just make sure you scrape away any paint and clean any grease or dirt from the area before mounting your ground wire.
