Overall very very pleased with the results. This is not an SPL setup but an SQ oriented one. The tune Michael did is fantastic. The soundstage is center of the windshield. Even the subs, there is no left right front rear, it's all right there in front of you.

I am debating adding a jake skull to the box, thoughts?

Looks really nice... week except for that dash tweeter install. Can't believe they hacked it that way.... there's is no reason that they could not mount it from underneath. That was just lazy....
but if your happy, that's all that matters. Is that speaker wire???
oh, and no Jake unless you have it on the hood also...

Ok...I'm not sure how to interpret this...
I'm open for constructive criticism but this is not that. If you would've done the tweeters differently, then maybe make that suggestion, not get personal and crap on my friends work. There is nothing hacked nor lazy about this install. It is an SQ designed set up that took EVERYTHING into account. Sure, the tweets could have been mounted from below, but the goal is SQ and there are factors involved. Mounting the tweeters from below would have moved it further away from the windshield and create cancelation/comb filtering issues. The point at which the driver beams, rake of windshield, distance to and from windshield, etc can either help with imaging or it can create issues. There is math behind all this which is why I leave it to the professionals. I'm very happy with the thought and effort that went into this. The result is incredible!
as to the speaker wire question I have 0 idea what your asking about. Is there a specific pic that you are referring to ??

no insult intended. You asked, I gave...
this is the picture. Maybe just a factory wire, body color, or reflection of the opened hood.

I would have tried the other way first. What did the math say about that placement? Math is exact. Riding in the car with exhaust, engine, and road noise is not calculated in that math.... or maybe it is...
like I said just an opinion, but all that matters is that you're happy.
