Having trouble picking a sub...
Both supposedly have excellent sound quality. Both run very well at 1000 watts.
Both are under $500
I'm not considering the IDMAX or the W7.
(A) The E12a:
*Cheaper
*Looks nicer
(B) The Brahma:
*Louder

I don't know any of those but from audioforum, all of them like Brahma.
It is just like the question people asks for HU, the answer always be Alpine :D

If you got the room to, get the Brahma and a Better Audio amp...
If not, get the E12A and NINe.1

I just wonder which will be louder at 1k
obviously the 12a + 1k wont be as loud as the Brahma + 1.6k

1k would just tickle the brahma... it's rms is 1500 watts... :D
also I voted for ED, cause I'm getting two.
I wish they'd release a production photo, so we can see what a finished one looks like...

Yeah. I wish I could get one without the Extended Stay America logo on it, too.

It is just hard for me to make a suggestion since I have never heard either driver. Have you heard a Brahma. I've read many good things about them but I've never heard one.
Just out of curiousity, why are you dismissing the IDMAX and the W7?

From audioforum, most of them said the W7's are overated and overprice

Too mainstream. I like the reaction of "What is that? Never heard of it, omg!!!" otherwise I'd get the IDMAX.. I love ID subs.
