Hey guys, I installed a sub setup in my C7 following the guide from this forum. I’m using a Kicker LOC into an amp powering my sub. Everything’s wired right — power, ground, remote, and signal — but it just doesn’t hit very hard. It plays, but feels weak, more of a low rumble than punchy bass.
Gain’s around halfway, bass boost low, and the sub’s right behind the seat. Could this be a phase or LOC signal issue? Anyone else run into this with the Bose system?
Did you ever figure this out?
Sounds out of phase.
Perhaps the + and - to the woofer inside the enclosure are reversed?
They can make wiring mistakes at the factory.
