alt to bat





Then you run that wire to your alt...(see image below).
Don't forget to fuse about half way with an ANL fuse rated at the alt output...(see image below).
Also ground from negative battery post to chassis and from engine block to chassis. Make sure your ground wire is at least the same size or larger than your power wire.
I used pics of my C4 Big-3 wires since I don't yet have pics of the C5's. Hope this helps. :seeya

I actually still have the same wire left which is the same lenght as I used in my vert with 2 connetion rings.

Running 4-gauge wire between alt and battery will actually be ok since you are running 1/0-gauge for ground from battery to frame, just don't forget to also run a ground wire from frame to engine block too. Others will say to run the larger wire between alt and battery which is good too, that just gives you even more headroom, and that's always a good thing. Remember, you will also have your stock wiring in place too. :yesnod:
