I mounted mine in the doors on my 98. Sounded great there! You can also mount them in the pillars just above the dash on each side. Or you could make a template for the MB's where the Bose are.
Its a matter of.....do you want to cut into your car or modify it. If not, keep'em in the doors where the Bose were. I highly suggest you bring them out and up higher though for better imaging. My $0.02. Hope this helps!

BTW.... those are JL XR tweets.
I really wanna do this but still don't have the courage to cut the hole on my pannel
Take your tweeters, and attach an extra 4 feet of speaker wire. Put some double stick tape on them (3m stuff is good and won't hurt anything). Stick them to various locations (both sides). Each time Listen to them for 5 minutes, then move them back to stock location, and listen again for 1 minute. Try this several times. You will find one you like the most.
Possible Locations we are considering:
1. Stock, Horizontal Aim
2. Stock, Passenger Head Aim
3. Stock, Center Aim.
4. A Pillar, Horizontal Aim
5. A Pillar, Aimed into Windshiled
6. Upper Door, Horizontal Aim
7. Upper Door, Passenger Head Aim
8. Upper Door, Center Aim.
Remeber that if you are using time alignment that you will need to re-adjust after every move... Also if you are running a 6db slope on your tweeters you will have problem moving them to far away from the Mid. You might consider a higher slope.

I tell ya... my stomach turned when I began to cut into it but was glad I did in the end! Turned out great and sounded even better then expected! If you decide to do it... TAKE YOUR TIME! Lucky for me I did not run into any problems... but I did take my time :)
