If I recall correctly, each of the 4 speakers has a separate Bose amplifier.
Seems your best bet with an aftermarket head-unit is to get a 4x100 amp (cheap) ... just make sure it doesn't exceed the power handling of the factory speakers.

I am assuming you have a C4? In that case, no, you can’t use the existing Blose speakers with a new aftermarket HU even if you do disconnect the Blose amps to them. You will need to replace the Blose speakers with aftermarket speakers as well.
