Box dimensions

I am going to be making my own sub box and have come up with dimensions of 2x.5x1 will this be enough for 2 10 inch subs? or should i go up to a 7 inch width instead of 6?

Different 10's require different sized enclosures. with .75 mdf, you have 1 cubic foot. 24x6x12 right? assuming you hhave no braces. some s10's require more than that EACH, while some would be alright with .5 each

also. be wary of mounting depth. the rear of the sub should have at least .75" clearance from the back wall.
