Default Crossover and bose question

Where have you guys been able to stick your x-overs. I have been looking and have not been able to find a good spot relatively close to the kickpanels.

With the Bose, can i use the power constant, switchable, ground and power antenna wires that plug into the deck? Crotchfield said that i need to take them from before the preamp box??? :skep:

This time i want my install to actually happen, last time was a night mare.

I have the headunit, adapter, mounting kit, speakers, speaker wire, amp, subs, power wire, ground, rca's, battery adapter thingy, amp lead - am i missing anything???

Thanks,

Dave

Assuming you are talking a C5, you will use the constant power and ground from the wire harness behind the HU. You need to get 12 volt switched power from the passenger fuse compartment accessory wire harness.
Use the amp turn on lead from your new HU for the remote wire on the amp.
Only thing I see missing from you list is speaker mounting plates and a subwoofer enclosure and maybe an amp rack?

I'm sorry i didn't specify it was for a c4, forgot the sigs were off.

The speakers should drop in, and if not i have plates. The subs have an enclosure and for now i will run only one amp for those.

Thanks,

Dave
