Dynaudio 340 System
I am thinking about getting these for my C5. Is anybody here running them? If so, where did you mount all 3 speakers at? Do they all fit behind the Bose grill on the doors? I have found them for $799 shipped online. Anybody know if they can be had cheaper?? :D Thanks! :thumbs:

You will need to build a new mounting baffle from MDF and all 3 components will fit on it. It's quite a large template under the Bose grill.

I did my MB Quart 3 ways with the mid & woof in the door and the tweets I mounted in the pillars after cutting. It was a total PITA to get them there, but I like the imaging much better this way. The MB's had some nice angle bezels for the tweets that fit just right. It was a tight sqeeze, but worked out well. I'll see if I can get a pic sent your way.
I'm not sure about this setup you're talking about, but it may be an option.

Physically you can get the 3 components on the mount, but the upper 1/3 of the mount fires into the door panel. I think if you were going to attempt a 3 way set up, you would want to mount the mid bass and mid range on the plate only, and mount the tweets someplace else. I've seen them in the A pillar and in the door just below the door handels (I like this idea).
Also, I understand that Dynaudio is "very laid back". I've never heard them, but have read that they lack brightness in the tweets.
