However I noticed that the cut-out diameter seems pretty big for a 5.25" speaker. It is only 4.75" on the Kappas. Are you sure you have the right specs? It says the speaker diameter is 6- 1/8". You need a 5.25" if it is a vert, z06, or FRC. You need a 6.5" if it is a coupe.

Something doesn't make sense. Crutchfield doesn't have the correct specs for these either. They have the cut out diameter at 4-15/16 for both the 5.25" and the 6.5" version. I'm not sure who to belive.
The Kappas are a much better speaker than these anyhow.
