adding a dvd player to a stock system
I am installing some monitors and players in all my vehicals and need to know how does the input go? to the amps right. No amps in stock systems in less I know and how does the radio know IM playing the dvd?
1}1995 Ford Explorer EB stock Jbl setup
2}1993 Chevrolet 1500 Truck. Aftermarket Fosgate deck and upgraded Fosgate speakers and no amp
3}1991 Chevrolet Corvette [NOTHING STOCK]
Excelon Kenwood Head and 10 disc changer

2 12" audiobahn flame Q
2 1200 watt mono blocks JBL
1 80x4 JBL
2.5 Farad
Sealed enclosure
2 5.8" monitors
x-box that IM trying to hook up. :)

You need to buy FM modulators. You can get them with RCA inputs that are powered by 12 volt source. they will put out a radio signal that you tune to a specific freq. to pick up. This is great for strereos without an auxillary input. Make sure you get ones that are stereo and not just mono capable.
