the head unit is really the weak link in the bose audio system. Several people here have relocated the A/C controls to the ashtray area to put a monitor in the 2.5 din space. Do yourself a favor and get a better head unit with a eq inside.

Thanks for the information. I was actually thinking of doing just that. MY problem is still, how do I install a DIN unit into the second console area.
