Default Crossover install location

Hello,

I am finally getting around to installing my new system in my 2k coupe this weekend. I wondering for those that have installed new components in the doors, where did you install the crossovers that come with most component sets? I will be installing some Diamond Audio Hex series which have a fairly large crossover box, did you install them in the doors, or somewhere in the rear of the car? Any suggestions or comments are appreciated.

TIA,

Jeff

I put mine on my amp rack to display them.
They should fit under the seats, or one of the cargo compartments.
They might fit in up in the kick panels.
Don't install them in the door. They will likely get wet in there and/or interfere with the window operation.

I have mine mounted behind the seats.
Each one is also highlighted by 2 blue LEDs

That looks awesome, too bad they are hidden behind the seats! I guess you were out of room in the trunk though

I have mine next to the amps behind my seat. Hope to make an amp rack soon so everything can be displayed.

Do not put them in the doors. It gets wet in there! :nono:
