The output of the head unit will be low since it is an amplified system. Each set of speakers has an amplifier. One in each door and one on each rear. Sorry I do not know the output wattage of the amps but it is not very high. I would have to guess at around 30 watts per channel and maybe even less. Only way to tell would be to measure the output or find a tech brief.
this only a guesstamate based on prior history. I'm using the statas-que of at 12V input THD at 20 to 20KHZ. IMO The stock HU puts out 12 watts into four channels. The 8" in the front door has it's own amp , I'll give Bose the benifit when I say those might get up to 50 watts each.
MY ears tell me 9 watt each for the 4 little speakers and 27 watts each for the
8" drivers.
I base some of this because my HU in my Jimmy puts out 45x4 (not) Again with some reseach, my HU is putting 22X4 which will even futher mark down because of other factors so lets say 17X4. Both the truck and the vette have nearly the same size drivers not including the vette's 8"s
The truck system is superior to the vette syten in both sound quilaty and spl.
One set of the infinity's sets (now in my vette) kicks both of the asses of the truck and stock vette.
