ebay.... although they are a dime a dozen and most will do the job, keep in mind that you should purchase your RCA lines for your mids and highs seperate. A good quality RCA line for your mids and highs will help with clarity and noise... dont skimp on these. The rest of the kit will work just fine.

What kind of amp(s) do you plan to use? If the amp(s) are really capable of making 1600 watts then your total fuse rating should be about 150a.
A 150a load is going to need at least 2 gauge wire. You could run 0 or 2 gauge back to a distribution block and then run 2 or 4 gauge to the amp(s). Your grounds should be the same gauge as the 12V feeds. I would run 0 from the batt to a block just to be safe.
