SIde mount battery teminal removal ?
Seems simple enought but :confused: :confused:
I got a new connector(terminal??) from the stereo shop so that I can connect my system to the side mounted style battery. Thing is I can't seem to get the old one out of the cable??
Looks like it should just continue unthreading once it is off the battery but so far no go.
What am I doing wrong?????

It is caught in the rubber boot. No big deal just grab the boot tightly with your hand and grab the bolt with a pair of pliers. Wiggle and pull and it will come out.

Got it !!!
Turns out it isn't threaded in, it has a ridge that is held by the plastic cover. needed to pull the battery to get at it.
