Help! No mid-bass frequency signals
With the amazing work and help from Leofuse, I am almost done with my stereo installation. I will post more pics when I am finished, but I have just one problem before tuning-I am getting no sound from the mid-bass range. Everything is installed and working, but the mid-bass sound is missing. I have a 99 hardtop with bose quad speakers and a 12 disk changer. I am keping my stock Hu for security reasons. I have tapped the left and right pos/neg wires from directly behind the HU. I hear there is the bose connector behind the steering wheel. Could this be the problem? If I tap into the left and right pos/neg wires behind this connector, should I get all the correct frequency ranges? Thanks for any input! :cheers:

System looks good Matt!! I have like half of your system..... cant wait to hear it at the next psp event. Sorry though i dont have any idea on what to do bout the mid bass though, good luck fixin it!

Zidane, I hope to check your system out at the next event! I have a 1200.1 channeled to the 2 subs and a 180.2 channeled to the CDT components in my doors. Stock HU powers the rears and the front stock power is sent to the tweeters cut in my door handles. :cheers: A 12 disk changer is behind the C5 logo in the pic so i/passenger can change the CD's from sitting in the car over the shoulder.
