Stereo HELP?!?!
I having a problem with the PD-2. I am getting feedback through the RCA cables. I have grounded all the wires straight to the battery. I have narrowed down the problem to the RCA inputs when they are plugged into the car. I have disconnected the radio from the Y-splice (only plugged into the main cable going to the BOSE signal processor and the RCA to the PD-2 and amp). With the car/radio off, I manually turn on the PD-2/amp and I get a loud hmmm with the RCA’s plugged into the splice as soon as I unplug the RCA’s from the splice the hmmm goes away. I am using some high end J&L audio RCA’s and running them far away from any power wires. I have undone the splice to check the solder joints and they look good.
I am at a complete loss of what to do next….
I am really beginning to hate my car.

Plug and play.
I already have the one made by audiolink. The problem is when i plug the RCA's into it I get massive feedback. But only when it plugged in to the car side, not the radio side.
The way i understand it, it goes:
Radio ->Bose Signal processer -> speakers.
The adapter fits in between the Radio and Signal Processer (car)
Radio + adapter + Rca = nothing (like its supposed to be)
Car + adapter + Rca = FEEDBACK.
Radio + Car + adapter + rca = feedback.
WTF !!! i can't figure it out. Is it the signal processer??

The link I sent for audio outfitters is for this:
Except instead of "universal" wiring connections, it has plugs like this one

The only difference being that it has 2 sets of RCA outputs instead of 1. I know the adapter in the link for audio outfitters will work, I installed one last week.
If you look at the pic the blue plug on the right plugs into the radio, and the white plug on the left plugs into the factory plug you pulled out to plug into the radio. Hook up the RCA's and you are done.
You'll have full function of the stock HU and stock speakers and have the correct signal sent to your amp.

On the PD-2 is a gain control for the RCA outputs to the amp. On MY particular amp (Rock Fosgate-500.2), it also has a RCA gain/sensitivity control. The solution to the loud feedback/hmmmm was due to the gains on the AMP itself being turned up to high. They were set at that level on my previous system. Once I turned down the amp gains, I used the gains on the PD-2 to balance the system.
Problem SOLVED !!!!
Like anything the fix was simple, just figuring it out was hard.
