Vented box problem...

Vented box problem...
Well...playing around in WinISD Pro [Alpha] today...is there any way to align a ported box(something like Qtc for a sealed enclosure)? Or do you just look at the response plot/excursion plot/group delay?
Here are the two boxes I am looking at. 5.6 cubes sealed or 5.6 cubes tuned to 25 hz for two JBL Gt1281 subs.

Any comments would be appreciated. I already have the sealed box in place, and though my subs seem to like sealed enclosures more...they are somewhat in the middle of the EBP chart at 46.xx. It would be a simple matter to cut the ports but I don't want to have to cut it if it will sound like crap no matter what because of the drivers.

Nobody? Arrrgg...okay, all I really need to know is will these subs work well in a ported box with a qms of .53 and a fs of 24.8 hz? EBP is ~47
