Default C4 System: Fronts?

Hey all--
Well, it looks like I am going to be venturing into the C4 arena soon. I have stereo pieces ready to go into the car, but I need some additional advice. The headunit I will run is an Eclipse 8443. I also have a set of CDT Audio HD62-ef's. Originally (on my old car), I was going to run the CDT's in the front door panel and do two 8" subs in the rear. I am now hearing that the 6.5" speakers will not fit well in the front doors. Is this true? If so, is there a set of CDT's that will fit that are comparable to the HD62-ef? If I go with a smaller CDT set for the front doors, I might forego the subs and just put the 6.5" in the rear. I am not looking for booming sound, but I want it to sound nice. Finally, I have been looking at 4-channel amps for the latter that put out 100-125 watts per channel. Does anyone have any recommendations? Thanks as always for the help.

door speaker installs are much easier than installing a 6.5" in the rocker panel (as installed in 90-96 MY).

You will need a 160 hz (think that's it) notch filter. that will lower the response at that frequency... namely, because the door amplified that frequency! this information is from Kale.

I am a big fan of the JL Audio Slash series amps...
