I bouight a pair of Sony (?) coaxial speakers at WalMart for $50.00 for the rear, 6 1/2" I believe. Made a big difference, to me anyway. The stock speakers are basicly midrange only for "fill in" sound. I was pleased with the results and it's not a difficult swap.

How will this work to fix the rear speakers?
Get a RCA connector box and hook it into the rear speaker leads. Then connect the RCA connectors to a 250watt amp. Then connect the amp to NEW rear speakers. Will this work?

I added a 10" sub and amp. What a difference. There's plenty of bass now and I like the overall sound much better. I still have the factory CD heat unit and speakers elsewhere.
