Problem with Alpine 9815
When I installed my headers, I disconnected the battery and when I reconnected it my radio doesn't seem to work. It lights up, but none of the buttons work. I tried resetting it and all the fuses look good. Anyone know of anything else I should try or is it fried.

Very unlikely that it is fried. You really need to test the fuse with a multi meter or test light. Fuse can look good and still be bad. It is possible that there is an inline fuse directly behind the radio. That should be checked also.
