Is anyone out there familiar with this line of speakers and amps? If so can you give a run down on how they rate versus more well known brands. Are they worth looking into?

Yes, I too was looking into buying MA audio equipment when it ocourred to me that Ive never heard of them until recently, and they have a ton of stuff they are producing....which after thinking about it some more, i realized that no small company that ive never heard before of would just start comming out with massive amounts of inventory of equipment for sale unless they were a subsiderary of another big company.....when it hit me...M. A. Audio....Mobile Authority...the same company that has been producing totally crap audio equipment for years, with the quality and design the likes of which rival makers like Kraco and really really really low end Pioneer crap. However, their newer line of speakers are massive in desgin, with way oversized magnet assemblies, that we all know arent neccesary for quality audio...The bigger the magnet doesnt always equal the better the sound, reguardless of what ANYONE tells you, (IE:SALESPEOPLE). Ive never bought any products from them myself, usually seeing their older equipment covered with 3 inches of dust at your local pawn shops over the years....Id stay clear of them, but if you must, buy spareingly their equipment to try em out, before dumping a few hundred bucks into some speakers from em....maybe buy one 8 inch subwoofer to try em out first. Hell, I might just do that myself just to try out their stuff.
