hi, i got my sub and amp working. I didnt feel like taking the radio out so i hooked up the remote wire to a fuse in the fuse box. the fuse that its is on now only gets power when the car is on, or key click into on position. I was going to hook it to the bose fuse but it always has power. how should I hook the remote wire up? it works for now but need to change it. thanks

Assuming you don't have a 2004, there is an accessory wire harness in the passenger fuse compartment that will do just what you want. Its on the upper left hand side and has 3 wires. Orange is constant power, Yellow is switched power, and Black is ground.

Yup. This switched power wire works in both the ACC and ON positions of the ignition switch.
Does the switched wire retain power until the key is removed (up to 15 minutes I think?) or does it power down immediately after turning the ignition off?
