Default Amp Help Needed

My bose upgrade is changing again. I have come to the conclusion that the power out of my headunit is not going to cut it (installed similar head in winter ride). I have also decided to save the old carver amp for a sub in the ford exploder.
Now i'm looking for one amp to fire all my speakers = 6 1/2'' infinity components for front and a pair of JL 8W04's in rear.
Now for the questions
2 channel-Tri mode... is it worthy ?
4 channel-run 4 ohms to subs from sub out of head ?
4 channel-bridge 2 channels and run the subs in a 2 ohm mono setup ?
OK, where should i be going ?? I'm looking at 4x75 rms or 2x150 rms amps.
Which setup would you recommend ?
Thanks for you input

I would use the JL 8W3v2, but thats just me... that sub will work great in that space.

I would be looking for a nice 4 channel, that you can bridge the rear channels to make one. I would think the JL Audio 450/4 would rock.

Thanks Bogus, I already have the speakers.
What is the best way to run my subs, bridged, unbridged ?
pro's and con's of both ??

i'm not to sure about tri-mode, never actually heard a system using it in person. if you get an amp that is stable to one ohm per channel then you can bridge two channels and run the subs (in a 2 ohm config) off of those. then power the fronts with the other two channels. Thats what I'm doing in my system; well sort of, instead of two 8's i have one dvc 12 that will be wired to two ohms.

I'm not sure if i answered your question, but this is just how i'm going to wire mine

Thanks, but i'm trying to determine is what is the best way to run the subs. It seems running each sub through it's own channel would be the way to go, But bridging seems to add more watts to be shared by the 2. I'm still all ears on this one
I have made up my mind and will be getting a 4 channel amp 4x75 rms

Bridged mono would be the way to go except you need an amplifier that will run in a 2ohm mono load. If you already have the two 4 ohm drivers. If you do not have the amp already you can look for one that will do 2 ohm mono or if you can swap your subs get a set of 8 ohm drivers.

Tri mode was very popular several years ago. Used to use it all the time but it had draw backs. You had to use external xovers and you had liimited amount of gain.

What are the pro's and con's of bridged mono firing both subs versus each sub having their own mono channel.

Hows the motor project going ??
