Assuming you're looking for a 1/18, UT, Burago, Maisto, and Ertl all made 1998 red verts, and Welly made a '99. Most if not all of them should be readily available on Ebay and/or through online dealers. Stores like Sam's, Walmart, and Costco might have the Maisto or Ertl, and any hobby shops may carry them also. Maybe someone here might have one available too.
Unfortunately, to get one with the wheels like your '04, you'd have to do a wheel swap.
