I may be selling my set of VBP sport springs, if you have the extremes then you can see their rates on the website. I still have them on the car , but am thinking of going coilover

Sports and Extremes are just ranges of spring rates. There should be a specific measured rate marked on your springs. My front spring for example has K1112 marked on it for the rate of 1,112 lb/in.
I'd like to add that I'd consider a heavier rear spring in lieu of a lighter front. Something close to 900 lb/in would do the trick.
