They are pressure regulators from Longacre. You can dial in the max pressure you want, when pressure builds above max setting a spring loaded valve bleeds off air back to max setting.
wheels are SOLD.

gas can &pump pic. Battery operated pump quite handy in the paddock eliminates need for funnel.
