NCCC July 4th Weekend Autocross
The Carolina Autocross Team (CAT) is hosting a 3-day, 21-event Autocross in Sanford, North Carolina at the Old Sanford Airport.
This event is an upper limit low-speed autocross, which means that most car will hit speeds over 60 mph in the straights.
This event is Pre-Registation only, Pre-Registration closes June 20, no entries will be accepted post marked after June 20.
Entries will be limited to the first 60 registations, we have received about 30 entries to date.
You can get a copy of the event flyer by going to www.crnccc.com and link to event flyers.
Also, we are looking for volunteers that would like to come out and help work the event, this is a great way for folks wanting to see what autocrossing is all about to get a first hand look.

Good luck with the event Mike. I passed this post to the members of the Raleigh / Durham - Corvettes International Club.I love to give auto-x a try one of these days. Off to Watkins Glen that weekend.

Mike got a post up about it in the SE section. We (TEAM RCG) should represent with at least 8-12 Vettes

Mike we just have to get them to commit. I'm sure Rick and I will be there. TEAM RCG is up for a challenge from other clubs. Our best 3 times against your best 3 times, from 3 different Vettes, of course. Any players? This is a nice place for Vettes.

Actually I have only run NCCC a few times....I believe it is Group 2....but I would need to pull out my rule book. I run SM2 in SCCA, which I run quite often.
