tcmc5 had to cancel. He runs with us in the advance group and was signed up for White.



Blur we have a three day VIR event the first weekend in Dec with Carolina PCA. I started a thread on that one.

I'll mention it to her hopefully she didn't give the spot away. It's probably my last run of the year as the other two LRP events are sold out up here. I wanted to try the rotors also for at least two days and try to get a feel for them.

Blur the weather will be a lot nicer now than Dec possibly.

guess she gave it to someone else. I wanted to pay three weeks ago and told her there was a slight chance I had to cancel as it is hard to look ahead. She said no problem call me a week ahead which I did then she didn't call back. I called Friday and she didn't call back. I called this morning and she told me no room. I even discussed the groups with her and ask for one below top at the time. I'll call again later today and refresh her memory. Hopefully she can squeeze me in. Today is the last day I can decide as Edith and I have to make a bunch of arrangements.

come to CMP Oct 29-30 for the Corvette school, I can use an instrctor or two. Kershaw SC. about 3 hours south of VIR.

or

Early Dec is the Carolinas PCA event at VIR 3 days and weather in early Dec is not bad, cool at night and 60- to low 70s.

Jan and Feb at VIR is the 'IFFY' times. Black ice :willie: :willie:

So she remembered and I'll be seeing you guys at the Old Oak Tree. Even found a pet freindly hotel within 15 miles of the track. Shold be down there about noon Friday if all goes well

Hey guys do they sell high test unleaded or Cam II unleaded fuel at the racetrack? I'm sure I'll forget something, would just like to keep it to a minimum.

Gladly Frank but I may have to leave here later than I originally planned. If I leave early Friday I have to take the dogs to the kennel Thursday. I may leave Friday after they open so might not get there till 6 pm at best. So I may not come to the track until Sat. morning. so save me a spot guys. Thanks. Unleaded reg was $2.49 with 93 at $2.59 to $2.69 / gallon Oct 18th

Is your motel in Daville VA, South Boston VA or Roxboro NC ??

Danville to VIR is 8-10 miles. With the nearest BP station 6 miles to the track.

There is also a small dirty gas station 4 miles from the track that sells 100 oct unleaded for about $2 less a gallon then 100 Oct at the track.

a FINA station on NC Hw 57 in Semora NC - dont know how much the fuel is turned over but many guys use it.
