Randy,
This is the same install vid as in my previous post above but using a different link. It does not talk much about the mechanical install, which is pretty straight forward but does talk about the wiring/relay. I agree with Dan I see no need for a relay if each pump has it's own switch.
Here's a pic of my switch which I bought from "TomsVette" ...he had an unfortunate accident and I bought the entire cooling set up including the switch pictured.
I don't know exactly who made this switch but I would guess the answer is here:

That's a nice looking setup. Are there any markings on those switches so you could verify they will tolerate the current at startup? Then again, if they worked for him, they should work for you too.
