Default Tire Load Ratings

My Wife's ATS-V came with 94/99 XL load range tires. Unfortunately there aren't allot of options for those tire specs in her size.
There are allot more tire options in 90/95 Load range, which is ~150 less load range per tire. On the street this is a concern if you are fully layden with passengers, although we've only once had the car full on the street. Usually just the my wife and son or the 3 of us on the weekends.
On the track, I'm concerned about the dynamic loading on the car, but the car would only have 200-400 additional weight compared to the wet weight.
How much emphasis should I put on the load ratings, what other concerns should I have?
