I am not so sure about the tires.

However, the standard brakes under luxury and performance cars are much more capable than 2 piston PBR calipers.

Horsepower has also increased.

All drag racers know traction is most important to launching right? What is launching? Positive acceleration. What is braking? Negative acceleration. What provides a good launch? Really sticky tires. What provides good braking? ___________ <fill in the blank
