Renault (being a constructor/manufacturer) wants their FACTORY team challenging for wins/championships, NOT their customer teams (RB, McLaren, etc.).
That's understandable...they are spending big, big investment bucks in F1.
While most of the middle pack thinks in terms of millions, Renault is thinking in terms of HUNDREDS of millions.

Salut les gars de la F1!
It's still a long time until the GP, you have to be patient to see the duel with titles at the first corner at the end of the wall to climb and turn on the left blindly, without any reference ! finally, wheel against wheel, then the descent of the S... waow. The poleman with the clean side is on the left of the screen.
A table of tyres available for the race per driver, after FP and Qualifying, published by Pirelli.
The Italian manufacturer (owned by ChemChina at 65%) plans 2 pit stops. But this will depend on track temperatures and the degree of gum degradation. Several drivers being on the spot of penalties, some teams will have different tactical choices depending on the race.
Alonso" lights up" "his friend" V4 in the UK TV Channel 4 : "When you see that Seb has four titles and Lewis three, it doesn't make sense... Honestly, I think Lewis has had a much better career in motorsport than Seb did". With Nando (Fernando), you always have to read the message in the message, so "I, with 2 tracks, I'm worth better than the 4 titles acquired without glory". It's great Zozo (Alonso).

you've been late in getting to react on the thread for a race at home, guys !
The most beautiful race seen for a long time in the modern era of hybrid F1.
Duels "on every floor" as we said. We can talk about it but I was shocked by the decision of the stewards towards this poor Max, his overtaking was superb on Kimi even out of the limits, it's true but it seems to me that Kimi did not leave him any solution to avoid the shock. So, why not put some low walls on the limits if we don't want the pilots to exploit everything that is possible? there's the rule and its spirit depending on the circumstances. There should always be the same stewards on all GPs for consistency of decisions

Austin, one of the best GPs I've ever seen in a long time. Now Mexico with rookies Gasly, Hartley and Sainz dazzling to Austin who showed abilities that I didn't know him. If the Renault engine holds, Sainz can still be compared to Hulk and the FI. A speed circuit where Mercedes engines will be at the party.
Mexico : circuit at 2,229 m. Altitude decreases aerodynamic forces. The tyres and brakes will therefore be subjected to more stress, the support or drag is reduced. As a result, this circuit is hard on the tyres because the bearings are very weak, and hard on the brakes because of the fast turns associated with low levels of cooling and drag. So teams will be take care for engine cooling too.
Published by Pirelli and FIA :
Once is not customary, the choice of tyres is very different between the 3 leading teams, quite rare!

There is a lack of consistency among the stewards in the allocation of penalties but Lewis believes that the most modern circuits, with their large zones of clearance, encourage to try such overtaking such as Max on Kimi :
"This is the problem of today's circuits. I don't know who made that decision, but there are those damned areas of clearance. Why is there no grass? No one usually goes there. But if there had been grass inside, Max wouldn't have thrown his four wheels out. ť
Lewis believes that the fault lies with the organizers and designers of modern circuits. During the next pilot briefing in Mexico, no doubt this point will be raised again. If this overtaking had taken place at the beginning of the race, nothing would have happened but less than a kilometer from the finish line in front of the world, no chance to let do ... Max accused one steward in particular - the Australian Garry Connelly - of always penalising him for overtakes. In Mexico 2016, an affair occured between V4 and Max, in the same circonstance in the cool room. Garry Connelly was the steward who took the decision ofthe declassification : "He’s an idiot who always decides against me," he said. Wow, words dangerous that can result in a sanction by FIA.

The ruthless and terrible Dominus Vador of RBR, Dr. Marko struck again. ''Kvyat will not return," confirmed Marko to Auto Bild. ''We do not believe that it can fix the situation in the long term. Gasly and Hartley will finish the season at Toro Rosso's, then we'll see what happens."
With Moomoot (Helmut) the Russian has passed from Paradise to Purgatory and the gates of infernal forgetfulness open before him.
He has just 'fired' without hesitation Kvyat, as was the case before him for Jaime Alguersuari, Sébastien Buemi or Jean-Eric Vergne, who never bounced back in F1. Maybe one more candidate for Sir Franck Williams ?...
