Default Introducing the GSpeed C5 laydown radiator and oil cooler kit

One of our biggest struggles with the C5 is that they are very capable cars but lack in the cooling department. They do not have an oil cooler from the factory, and in texas heat that is a huge issue. The next big issue we have is getting a splitter on them. Its a chore, and there are no easy ways to solve that.

For years, our race winning C5s and customer cars have all had custom solutions with lay down radiator systems, but every one was slightly different. We decided to change that, utilizing all of the knowledge from our very successful C6 and C7 cooling kits.

This GSpeed laydown radiator and oil cooler Kit is complete, turn key. Includes radiator, thermostat/housing, water pump optional, cradle thats splitter ready, air intake for ls7 or stock MAF, standard single oil cooler with fan, optional dual oil coolers with fans, brushless radiator fan, harness, and fan controller, all aluminum shrouding, oil lines and oil cooler block, oil cooler fan harness.
  • keeps headlights
  • keeps hood hinges
  • no frame mods for air intake.
  • ac compatible system is in engineering, ETA for delivery in 2 weeks.

air intake tucked in nicely around the brushless PWM controlled fan.

So you already have a laydown radiator kit for the C6 on market? Would be interested since this was a coming summer project due to the oil temps not liking 95+ ambient temps. Also looking at increasing airflow through the front fascia through increased airflow volume with increased flow area.

Just visited the web site! Holly Crap, 70MM radiator. Now that is a beast!

Absolutely! We not offer Laydown/cooling kits for both C5, and C6. Tried and true in competition.

Awesome, great read as well. So how much horsepower was the cooling system dealing with on Justin's car? Sure it is more than my set-up but thought I would inquire. Do you offer options to source components needed or is this a package only setup, much appreciated!
