Thanks for the link. I think i will buy them and just keep them for spares. If you compare them to my old ones, they are much thicker.

I race as much as anybody, more than 95% of racers. I have had the same set on my car for over 10 years without issue. Make sure there is not binding in the mounding brackets and that you are properly corner balance and all will be fine.

I do agree that when parts are fatigued and start breaking, replace them. I keep an accurate time log of hours on all the components on my race cars and I replace them at pre-breakage intervals. I am not sure the intervals on those bars as I have never broken them.

I am not sure. Mine is from around 2012 or 2013 as I recall.

Received the PFADT sway bar arms today. A little disappointed. In the picture it looks like they are much thicker in the middle section. The middle section is slightly recessed at only .034. Turn it over and the middle section is recessed .475. The new arms are the same thickness .714 from to back unlike the original ones which goes from about .752 down to about .512. The lip is much thicker on the new arm at .3700, old one was .209. The metal between the top and bottom is .205 on the new one vs .239 on the old arm. It would have been less costs if they would have just made both sides the same or just had them both flat on the sides,

Keep the knurled end tight, and you won't have any issues with these new designed arms.

Wonder why they dont put a bigger radius in the corners of the undercut? Sharp corners can cause a crack to start.
