Falcon, the cheapskate has struck, again. Here are some photos of a camera mount I built for my B&K harness bar. Parts consist of 2 conduit hangers, 2 bolts, 3 washers, 2 hex nuts, a wingnut or 1/4" thunb screw, 2-1" standoff pieces and a 4 piece of flat metal. Total material cost, less than $10.
Falcon you sure that isn't something for robot techno wars??
Get a strap to hold it down to the harness bar. There were a few times I tightend the camera down as had as it could go but forgot to put the strap on and it still bounced and juggled a bit.
I'd add some old, cut-out inner tube in between the hanger and bar to help keep down the vibration somewhat...
Thanks. The rubber insulation probably isn't a bad idea. Thanks for the tip.
What else do you have in your box of tricks????
I working on a nebulizer, with a duo-diode transfixer set in series with a checkvalve, that will increase RWHP 50% by just carrying it in your car. It's still in the test stage. I'll keep you guys posted on the results.
BTW, necessity is the mother of invention.....particularly when someone is as cheap as me.

WOW a Nebulizer Gimmie Gimmie Gimmie
I think I will stick with the cut up old inner tube.....
The rubber grommet or some kind of damper is a good idea...and the duct tape works great! The bolts that hold the camera will not hold in a 100mph crash, but racer tape or duct tape will work as good or better than a strap, just not as pretty.
