Another 435 67 found.
So i get a phone call on Monday from a guy i meet 15 years ago at a car show in British Columbia Canada, i hadn't heard from him in at least 10 years. He asks if i,m interested in his corvette that he was going to restore but never got around to it, its been stored in his heated garage for the best part of the 15 years, just sitting there covered up. At this point i can't really even remember what the car look liked let alone the year , options, condition.....So i ask him on the phone the year, he tells me a 1967 427 435 hp . I drove the 6 hours to his place the next day. Yes i purchased the car, The Pictures attached are what i found. What i know is it still has its original #s matching motor, engine suffix JA, Block 351 "maybe" a J56 car,as he had saved the parts from years ago and had them in a bucket. Speed warning, power brakes,Maroon in colour black interior, power windows, seat belts are dated correct, looks like original carpet, jack in place, owner says it still has its original gas tank, Cant see a tank sticker by pulling rubber back around gas cap.Missing in action is the tri power and intake. Paint looks to be original in lots of places. Sheilding missing .411 rear.N11 Off road exhaust ,Headliner missing but has a new one in a box from years ago. So i,m putting a price of $70k on the car as is, would consider part trade on a c2 or C3 ,as that is way past my skills and ability to restore. Ill take some better pics when i get the car home and post or send to any interested party. Its find someone here or e,bay the car. Anyone interested can e,mail me at paulbamber@shaw.ca Now i can't wait till its arrival on Saturday :yes nod: The chase and the find are always so exhilarating.

Change the fluids, fix the brakes, etc. and DRIVE it! That's what I'd do.

This is the kind of phone call that many of us dream about getting but the call never comes. Congrats on the find!
