Default SOLD 1967 Red/Black Convertible L79 SOLD matching numbers

SOLD. $61,500 negotiable , Big Block hood and original small block also!
Hey everyone, I am selling my car that i have owned around 2 yrs , and i purchased it from Forum member who contacted me after i posted a WTB on the Forum . He is a NCRS judge and did the restoration . He was nice enough to write my up an ad to post for my sale. $61,500 . I am just not driving it as often as i would like. I had a prepurchase inspection done on the car prior to my purchase by another NCRS judge who is a senior member here on the forum. I won't post the prior owner's name but he agreed to answer any questions that anyone might have about the car if need be.
I had a new Al Knoch soft top and weather stripping installed in 2019 by a restoration shop here in the Midland/Odessa,Tx area. Pics of the trim tag are some that he took during restoration. I have driven the car approximately 350mi since I purchased from prior owner who did the restoration
BELOW IS PRIOR OWNER'S DESCRIPTION OF THE CAR THAT HE WORKED UP FOR ME!
Car is located in MIDLAND,TX (western part of the state)

This is a outstanding looking and driving 67 Corvette that I once owned for 12 years. I did most of the restoration work except was painted base/clear at a professional body/paint shop.

Original motor/trans/rear.

Options: 327/350, M21, 3:70 posi, radio, tinted windshield, headrests added, power steering added, NOS side pipes added, new Diamondback radials last year( by present owner)

Excellent driver car: Virtually all numbers and dates correct: Heads, intake, exhaust manifolds, dist, carb, starter, alternator, trans, rear, horns, glass, jack, window glass. Virtually all bolts original too. Orig frame shim marks, all orig shielding, orig antenna, air cleaner lid original with orig 327/350 HP sticker, orig rally wheels, polished orig trim rings and center caps

Very solid and heavy no scale, no damage frame

Nice body lines with perfect fender lips

Paint is as nice in person as in the pictures, no orange peel, no chips

Body on restored in 2007,

--Gauges restored professionally

--NOS front coil springs,

--Rechromed orig bumpers

--New NOS tail lights

--New Al Knoch seat covers and carpet,

--Rebuilt trailing arms,

--Correct GM bushings replaced in strut and A-arms

—GM 427 hood added, plus comes with orig small block hood that was painted same time as body and fits perfect.

--Replaced door window slide channels

--Latch/lock mechanism removed/cleaned/lubricated

--Orig heater core rebuilt

--Orig A. O . Smith trim tag and VIN tag (with delivery date stamp). Is coded Goodwood green with green vinyl interior but this car has been red on black since before 1984.

--New dated Dewitt radiator

--Lectric Limited Breakerless SE electronic system in distributor

Docs: NCRS delivery report, memorabilia from selling dealer, owner history from 1984, titles back to 1985, title, things found under the seat like credit gas receipt, only a small piece of the tank sticker was on the tank.

FBI agent owned from 1984 to 2006 in Florida, have his title.

i have the correct shielding piece that's not in engine photo and one splash guard piece plus original steering components, Small Block hood is still wrapped up in shipping blankets just as i received it. Car has small block hood support only. (note that prior owner sent me a vintage broom stick to support the BB hood as you can see in photo)!
New Hi-Flow Robert Shaw 180 degree thermostat and sending unit installed since purchase
zip drive of all restoration photos, google photo album of restoration.

if you have any questions PM me for more info or photos

Boy, guys are always complaining that they can't find an "affordable" 67....yet here it is. I have no affiliation with the car but super pretty car in desirable colors and looks like an original/real motor. L79 is the best motor in these Vettes. Clean car, attention to NCRS specs all over the car. GLWS. Nice. ARA

The canadian / us exchange rate has me a bit short or I would be calling you. Doesn't help either of us. Happy Thanksgiving. Great car.
